Get emPower-USB-Host, a low-cost evaluation board for embedded applications.

With a simple design, it supports SEGGER’s software such as the emUSB-Host, the emLoad bootloader and the real-time operating system (RTOS), embOS – all ready-to-run.

Developers can easily update the emPower USB-Host Board’s firmware by storing the binary of self-written software on a USB memory stick. This comes ready-to-run.
There is a collection of samples for the emPower USB-Host Board available. These can be seen on the emUSB-Host samples page. Developers can use this hardware as a blueprint for their own devices using two USB-Host ports. The schematics of the board are available for that purpose. Accessing the board for debugging purposes is accomplished via an included on board J-Link (J-Link OB).

Other Details
emPower-USB-Host Board is connected by a micro USB connector to a USB port or charger. The emLoad bootloader will then program the image onto the board. Each demo pack comes with firmware images ready to be programmed into the board. It can also be debugged by Embedded Studio and the J-Link OB.
