Single Executable License (SEL)
An SEL entitles one and only one person to use the Software, and on one and only one computer at a time. An SEL entitles one and only one person working on a project for your company to work with the software on one and only one personal computer at a time. The software or parts thereof are in use on a personal computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device) of that personal computer. YOU may not install and use the software on a server or make the software available on a network or in any way provide the software or parts thereof to multiple users, unless you have first purchased additional licenses.
